This project marks Shaun’s return to shipbuilding after many years away from the craft. Built through meticulous research, hand-crafted detail, and countless hours of refinement, it laid the foundation for the ambitious works that would follow.
Now being reimagined as a monumental Cinematic Narrative Installation, the vision is to depict the dramatic battle between the USS Kearsarge and the CSS Alabama, immersing viewers in one of history’s most iconic naval engagements.
Currently in development, this work represents both the return of an artist to his craft and the beginning of our pursuit to transform history into immersive, one-of-one experiences.
